Give yourself more natural light

Daylight is the healthiest for the human organism. It determines our daily biorhythms, triggers the synthesis of some vitamins, influences our mood and working productivity. Some sources also provide support for human immunity and the ability of the body to cope with burdens.  If we cannot spend enough time outdoors, let us at least have enough glazed areas in the buildings that can penetrate the sun.
